The South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce consigned us (Vibrant Marketing Solutions) to do their new marketing piece for all SC locations. This piece had to contain lots of pertinent information but still be something the local offices could customize. We came up with the idea of incorporating a folder into the brochure so that extra inserts could be added as needed.
